Madeira Acqua Residences, penthouse with private pool in São Martinho

This penthouse occupies the top floor, the 11th, of the Madeira Acqua Residences on Estrada Monumental in São Martinho, one of Funchal’s most prestigious addresses. It is designed for buyers who value space and privacy above all.

The living room alone measures about 90 m², filled with natural light and opening directly onto the terrace. Both bedrooms are suites, and the master suite covers around 48 m² with a walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom.

The 162 m² terrace is the heart of the home: a raised and sheltered space with a private pool, room for a lounge and outdoor dining, and views over the city and the ocean, especially at sunset.

The apartment has an A energy rating and comes with its own parking. Some photographs show decoration proposals created digitally for illustration only.
