Villa Felicidade, four suite villa with infinity pool, Arco da Calheta

Villa Felicidade stands on Madeira’s south-west coast in Arco da Calheta, on a plot of 1,935 m², a few minutes from the sea and marina. Spread over two levels, it has four suites and six bathrooms, with large glazed walls that keep the Atlantic in view.

The living spaces are calm and understated, including a 112 m² lounge, and the house is sold furnished. A private wellness area has a gym, Turkish bath and sauna, and the master suite opens fully towards the ocean. There is also a wine cellar, guest accommodation, a laundry and a garage for five cars.

At the centre of the garden, a heated infinity pool reaches towards the sea, framed by terraces, a 54 m² sun deck, covered outdoor areas and a barbecue. Solar water heating, seven photovoltaic panels, air conditioning, central vacuum, CCTV and EV charging are installed. Funchal is within easy reach and the airport about 30 minutes away.
