Aurora III stands on the sunny slopes of Arco da Calheta, around 90 metres above the Atlantic. Its architecture takes a minimalist, Nordic-inspired approach, with clean lines and rooms framed around wide ocean views.

The villa is finished and handed over fully furnished and decorated, so there is no building risk and no waiting. The interiors were designed specifically for the house, with furniture and pieces chosen room by room. It currently operates as a local accommodation (AL) property.

Technology plays a central role. Lighting, climate and sound can be controlled locally or remotely from an iPad or smartphone, entry uses facial recognition, and the perimeter has video surveillance. Guests can be given QR code access, which is handy for holiday lets.

The infinity pool uses a magnesium system rather than traditional chlorine or salt. The villa has three bedrooms, two of them suites, and four bathrooms, making it a good fit as a permanent home, a holiday house or an investment.
